These terms apply to your use of this website, ivarawellness.co.uk, which is run by IVARA, operating within DrBK Clinic, 115 Queens Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 4DA. By using the site you agree to them.

The site describes IVARA's treatments, membership and clinic. It lets you book treatments and a complimentary consultation online, and send us an enquiry or a booking request.

Prices and treatment details shown on the site are correct at the time of publishing and may change. When you book online, you pay the price shown when you book.

When you book online, you choose a day and a time and pay by card on our payment page. Your time is held while you pay, and your booking is confirmed when the payment goes through.

If you do not pay before the hold ends, the time is released and no booking is made. If your payment arrives after that, the clinic will contact you to arrange your visit.

If the payment page cannot take your payment, your booking still stands and the clinic takes payment at your visit.

The complimentary consultation is free and is booked as soon as you send your details.

Some treatments are booked by request. A request is not a booking: the clinic contacts you by email to confirm the date, time and price.

Your confirmation email has a link to change or cancel an online booking, or you can email info@ivarawellness.co.uk. The clinic will tell you its cancellation terms.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Every treatment is offered after a consultation with a member of the clinical team, who will decide whether it is suitable for you. If you have a medical concern, speak to your GP or, in an emergency, call 999.

When you send a form we handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy. Please give accurate details so we can reach you.

The words, pictures and films on this site belong to IVARA or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy or reuse its content for another business without written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on the site's content or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything the law says cannot be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
